Hi Jennifer & Lara-

I wanted to send you a quick note of heart felt appreciation and gratitude for your very insightful and thorough response to my email. It's almost 2am here in Toronto/Canada and my insomnia keeps me awake til the wee hours.....but at least I am having some improvements in this area.

Anyway, you both are extraordinary women and I thank you for your openness, directness, compassion/understanding and most of all, for your love of humanity. You have given me much to think on....all in a positive light.

I wish you both much harmony and peace, love and laughter in your lives. I'd like to stay in touch and share a bit of my journey with you......You both have given me much to smile about and feel hopeful and energized, starting from within myself.
